"I have always had a passion for art and my mind constantly develops new creative ideas. However, since I chose economics over art in college, I didn't know how to bring those ideas to life. But, with the invention of AI I can finally bring them to life."

                                                                                                    - GOAT, 2024

    "We Love NYC" project.

Took place in 2023 and gained the artist's initial popularity and recognition.

He experimented with AI-generated images of city wildlife and enhanced them with the new slogan "We love NYC" (which was released a few months earlier and was intended to reunite the city after the pandemic). He replicated his works over a thousand times covering the whole of Manhattan. This made GOAT one of the most prolific street artists in the world.

Upon emerging, his works sparked a significant public response attracting both love and hate. Some accused GOAT of acting as the city’s master, disregarding laws. On the contrary, some loved discovering his works, turning it into a quest, hunting for each piece. Social networks are flooded with images of his works. Taking the campaign online extended its reach far beyond New York and the US. Now GOAT’s goods and artworks spread worldwide from NYC to Sydney.

GOAT also managed to influence the street art community in and beyond New York. Other artists, inspired by his success, began incorporating urban animals into their work and experimenting with the new slogan, helping to root “We love NYC” deeper in public space, displacing the iconic “I love NY.”

Describing the project, GOAT stated: “They said New York is over, but my project once again proved that the magic of the city hasn’t disappeared. That’s why WE LOVE NYC so much.”

GOAT is currently working on new projects in his favorite city.
